Alright - I'll chime in here as one of the few other Revcore collectors. I don't have current pics, but they will be in the works. I think I have all parts and sticker combos, but focus only on the 20" frames.
P.S. - any good chome shop recommendations in Massachusetts?
I'm looking for another Pro myself. I may have some leads...I'll letcha know.

I too need some frame stickers. Anyone?
I just took this apart to clean and sell but the buyer pulled out. Now I think I will just put it back together and hang it back up. Frame is in NOS condition except for a tiny bit of washer marks. 80's Landing Gear forks. Revcore Gooseneck, Revcore laid-back seatpost(gusset model), Redline 401 Flightcranks and chainwheel, RM20 rims laced to Phil Wood hubs, NOS MX brakes F&R. I just need new bars/grips and a seat to complete it. I will post pics soon.

Thanks. Anyone know if they made bars? I know I can put some CW bars on it but I don't remember if Revcore had some though. Some hubs were on Ebay a while ago but I'm happy with Phil Hubs. But if they came along with the pedals, I might have to snatch them up for the complete package.

It's funny how many comments I get on the post. I have never seen another with the gusset. They made a few types of laybacks but this one is a beast. It's as strong as their frames. I almost sold the bike off, it just didn't seem like there are many revcore fans out there. I've always likes it, it has a clean line to it.
i've always wanted a white one.....
nice Slayer.
revcore made pro bars, cruiser bars & prototype freestyle bars. I've had the pro & cruiser, but the freestyle bars are indeed a mystery.
The posts are as follows:
straight post
straight LONG post (16+ inches)
Snake post
Flagpole (which is what you have) & yes, they are stong as an OX.
I loved mine & wish I would have kept the pro long that I had. Ultra smooth riders..no doubt

Yes, I looked in the Museum above at the Revcore 20" Kit listing and it showed the Pro Bars and a couple posts. A regular laid-back was also shown. I guess they made 3 styles of those. I wish I could find some cruiser bars for it. Those pedals look sick also.
It's funny how bored I've been with this bike since I've had it so long. I bought it new. Now that I have the bug again I want to build and keep everything I have and want to get. It's a sickness I think. I hope VBMX offers online counselling before I end up divorced!

I think I can help you with frame stickers. John Gonzales-ex teammate of mine on Free Agent in the late '80's went on to ride for Revcore. He just looked at this site for the first time and he emailed me and told me to post that he has some stickers-he said he also had a frame hanging in his parents garage. I also told him he should post but I'll go ahead and beat him to it. Email me and I'll get somebody the contact info.

Yea, I just started building mine back up. I just picked up and installed a new headset (Tioga). Polished my Redline chainwheel and flights and installed those. I just need tires and bars. I have 90's tires on it now and might just use them until I find replacements. I am using araya RM 20 outers, any clue on the years of these? I will post some pics asap.

Perhaps someone can shed some light on this??
I picked up a complete Revcore cruiser ( well thats what I think it is) which has the revcore stem, seat post, loads of Revcore decals and a well used red Revcore padset.......
The problem being is that it has TFM (twenty four mini ) stamped on the dropout. The bike is identical to a CW twenty four mini and I now believe it to be one of these. I've been contemplating changing the decals to CW.....but am unsure what to do.
Did Revcore sell off a few leftover CW frames parted out as Revcores??? Or, would this bike be a Revcore twenty four Mini?
Any feedback appreciated as I am sick of calling it a Revcore one minute and a CW the next.....
Sorry, no image......still trying to work it out?????

I sent you an email (PM) about the frame. If you have any leftover stickers PM me, I need some. My build is almost complete but I need some stickers before I take any pictures. I think the bike will feel naked without them and get a little camera shy : )

Further more, the decals that I have mentioned above are already stuck on the frame, seat post, stem, hubs, fork etc. There were no new os decals available with the bike. Sorry, I don't have any for sale.
I have also checked out the CW/Revcore site and though an awesome site, it has no mention of the crazy combination I'm talking about.
Once again, any feedback appreciated.

My bad, you already said the bike was the same as the cw. Odd the serial says what it does. They show it on the site being #'s.

Quick question, does the frame you have, have a gusset at the head tube, if yes than it is still a mystery, but if there is no gussett I would say it is a CW. I think revcore only made one size cruiser and that stamping would leed me to think it is a CW. Which could be a lucky break for you, as CW are more popular and you can find Frame and Fork stickers for them on occasion. It might be more valuable as a CW.

There is no gussett at the head tube. Yes, it is definitely a CW 24 mini. Thank you for the most informative post yet! I just thought that Revcore might have leftover frames badged as Revcore's due to their close association. I was wondering if anyone else had come across this?
Thanks again..........

Go get em Kilo. I want that bike of yours done correctly.
As far as that TFM....a dead giveaway on revcores is on the searmast. It's re-inforced. Look at the pictures of mine on page one & you will see that there is another piece that slips over the seatmast for support. These frames are some of the strongest made. I'm convinced of that.

dont worry pep, i'm tryin to get the right parts for this one. got the red tuff-2 coaster set (looking brand-new now). currently tryin to trade a friend out of his white redline cranks. they have the looseball bb setup though (which ones are they?). can i use the regular tioga sealed (BB-220sb, for one piece) bb kit to seal these up? i have never owned redline cranks before, so i'm unfamiliar with them.

I've had my pair of 401's with the loose ball bearing setup since 86-87 when I bought my Revcore. I always use Phil grease and I have never had an issue. When I would regrease them, I clean the bearings and loose parts in gas and then completely clean the cups out with paper towels and simple green. Regrease them with the Phil again and they will be like new.
When I started rebuilding this bike a few weeks ago, I tore the whole thing apart and started cleaning and polishing everything to put back together. I thought I would have to get a new BB for the Flights due to their age, I was wrong. They still look brand new other than a couple scuffs on the lock nut and washer. Sealed are smoother of coarse, but their is nothing wrong with the loose ball setups as long as you keep them clean and use good grease. Just my take on it.
