I think i have one of these-could someone give me top tube length so i can check it.........Also how many were made, who made 'em,what year-the whole scoop!
They were made after i gave up racing in 86 so i don't know any thing about 'em.
Thankyou
Hmmm... Saw a nice complete on egay last year, but don't quote me It had non-stamped Profiles, and was in perfect condition. I'm remembering around '95, but it could've been like '93 ....and the TT is 19.5".

Oh, my fav, sadly I sold mine @ 4 years ago, with profiles and star bars for 300 bucks, geez, the bars alone now just went off for 157.00 Uggh, But, on a good note, I did just buy another one off ebay, 345.00 f/f, yeah, higher than most probaly would pay, but this is an open market with no set prices.
As for info, JJR Bmx has some good hutch pics etc. I recall the first one I saw was at Woodward in 1989 with Jay Becht. Early ones said HUTCHINS on the frame tube with stars and even had the baseball symbol we all dread. Later ones switched to a small 3 or 4 inch sticker with just a H and some stars. I ordered a Judge 2, and when it came it said nothing of the such, so either they all were that or I got screwed. I do belive, there was several sizes, 19.5 20.5 and 21.5 and were just known as pro, xl and xxl. I stopped racing in 92, and mine was the only one I ever saw, they probaly are the rarest of them all.

they were made in the USA by profile. some used leftover japanese dropouts - hence the baseball symbol - most had no serial #. at first they only had one size, but later they had a pro & pro XL. i have 2 from this period that both measure 20 1/4", but the way they were ordered they were supposed to be one Pro, one XL...so go figure! the very first ones came with the original Hutch Judge decals except for the headtube. even had the "judge series" decal on the stays.
