Bedlam Bikes
I just got this bike yesterday. Does anyone know what kind of bars these are?
Thanks!

Here is another view.

Kastan or Ron C.

I think they're perhaps plated Cyclecraft Fred'z bars(?).
Bedlam Bikes
They aren't Ron C bars. That's about all I'm sure of.

That is what I thought too ! Kastan

i think they're cycle craft. didn't kasten bars have the logo stamped somewhere?

I bet they are a set of DK's from a few years back when they made a 4 bar handlebar.

I think the holes in the end plates on the bottom bar are too big to be Fred'z bars.

A friend of mine had a set of cruiser bars like those a few years back and he said they were just some unknown brand from the early 2000's.

Holes on dk bars are smaller, even on the older ones. Cyclecraft fred'z bars is what im going with, I had them before in DNBLC height and I remember them having big holes like that.

my cycle craft cruiser bars look like they have the same size holes as the ones posted^^^. no knurling, either. DK bars were knurled.
Bedlam Bikes
I SERIOUSLY don't think these bars are anything newer than 1990 or so. Everything on this bike seems to be original from the day this bike was built up new.

So are we going with cycle craft Fred Z's then? I'm not familiar with them. Are they any good?

Your right about the Kastan stamp Mr.C ! I'm not familiar with the Fred Z's

Thanks for reminding me that cyclecraft bars had no knurling. I had to put loctite where they sit in the stem so they wouldnt stop moving.

I just noticed, nice Auburn.
Bedlam Bikes
If anyone likes the bars OR the Auburn, they are both for sale. Thanks!
Betty Martino
I designed those bars and whoever said they are Fred'z is correct. DK was once a distributor of our products and went to the west coast to have copy cats made by someone else. I think they put a 3/4 " cross tube on theirs, though. Joe Martino, Cyclecraft 1984-1992.
