A friend at work has a 95 Redline, and he wants to sell it to me. He says just the frame is worth $700CDN. He used it once or twice. How much do I offer, and is it worth it?

Without knowing anything about the bike, I'm guessing it's not worth a whole lot. mid-school bikes don't command a lot on the market. What model is it? What do you plan to do with it? Ride it? collect it? A lot more info is needed here.

I want to Ride it. sorry about the lack of info, i know it is a trick bike. Its chrome....thats all I know. I need a bike for school, i have a robinson sst from the same era and I , want something else...I like variety. I offered him $150.00. Too much???

Check the components, maybe list them for a better idea of it's worth. RL Paulie is right, not a lot command. And, not to disrespect Redline, but there a million Redlines out there to be found. $150.00 is probably a safe offer, but business is business, start lower. Good Luck
