mini-half jam (the toughest part but im confident it'll be built)
spit shine bike show (clean em up and show em by the lake)
flatland session
wedge ramp riding
drunken foot down contest
burgers, dogs, beverages
special guest appearances by....... who knows

any swag for prizes is greatly appreciated.....
looks as if jarvi's clothing line will be donating some prizes (thanks bro!)

due to some issues, there is a delay in the construction of the halfpipe........ its not looking good for it being built for the party. no worries, this year will rock none-the-less

almost 1 month left

ok, its almost just a month remaining before summer slam and the bike show prep is under way, trophies are in the works (thanks stevenbven, rcrscott29 and guav) and the classes are decided.

the rules and classes this year are simple. mr wolkewicz has asked to step up and help run the show as he did an outstanding job at shoreham bmx.

the classes are as follows

1) best race bike
2) best freestyle bike
3) best at the show
4) Brian P's pick

new school, old school, survivor, rat bike, retro, rider, anything goes.

for the freestyle and race class there will be a maximum of 57 bikes allowed (i like the number)
there will also be a max of 2 bikes per person per class.
all registries MUST be pre entered by PMing me prior to august 4th
best of show will be determined of all those bikes as a seperate vote (not combining votes)
Brian P's pick will be a pick of my favorite bike at the BBQ whether entered or not.

oh yeah, this year i do NOT have the sweet school style metal bike stands i had last year..... please bring your own racks.

there is also lodging nearby.... as well as wineries, farms and quaint shopping.....heh

also, the show is filling up but we are going to allow for entries up until and including the first hour of the BBQ. judging will commence around 12:30 until 2:00 with show awards to be handed out just before the PM grill session
