It's that time again...

Here is what I am thinking June 17th.

Let me know what you think, I know alot of people cannot make it to Rockford because it is Father's Day (myself included).

The 17th is the day before Father's Day.

Let me know what you think or if we should move the date to June 24th or July 15th.

We had a killer time last year.

I am in NJ, but this is open to anyone who wants to attend.

I am 1.5 hour from NYC
20 Minutes from Philly and 30 minutes from Delaware.

The main reason I may NOT go to the Rock is because it's fathers day weekend. If you have it that weekend, I won't be coming. Remember, I don't live in Southern Jersey like the rest of you guys!!

steve, as far as those 3 dates...... i can only be at the june 24th date.
im also thinking of bringing the wife and kid down adn heading over to the philly zoo on the sunday, if anyone else would like to do something on that note.

i would just need to store bikes somewhere and be able to pick them back up sun. PM

I have no life, so I'll more than likely be there, whatever the date.

No adult bev in pool house, that is the only "issue" I see. If you remember, I live in a huge development, so there is plenty of riding room, and the whole place was just paved with a top coat-super smooth....

i saw we save our $$$ on the poolhouse and have a kick arse time in front of steves again. plus that circle is nice and big, and if it freshly paved???? WHAT!.

also, you guys feeling the ribs again?

ive got a out-patient procedure the day before at the hospital, doc says ill be fine to go down on sat. (barring any complications) my anesthisia will wear off by early afternoon, wife will bring me home and i can start smoking up the racks of ribs.

brian p,you are the man.your having a procedure the day before and still plan on smoking ribs for us bone suckers?your too cool man.
we may need a tent for shade this year.i dont remember many trees in steves yard and its been pretty hot and sunny round here lately.

Just some updates here:

My wife will not be around until the evening, so this year I am asking you do not bring a kid unless you are going to watch your child. I would love this to be a family event, but last year at one point I went inside and my wife was watching like 10 kids and none of the parents were around. I think for me to be able to keep having these events, I need to make it fair to her also.

As far as food, I am not asking for anyone to bring anything, but I know a lot of people bring stuff, so if you are bringing anything, please email me or leave a response on this thread. I think we are going to have a huge attendance this year and I want to make sure I do not overbuy some things and underbuy others.

I think we can start around 12-1pm.

Also please bring your own bike stand, we may have a few extras, but based on last year, we never seem to have enough...

PS-We are going to have a total BLAST
