Look like a Race Inc Pro bend, but they look like they are Chrome Moly...Robinson would be a another good stab...What are the dimensions?

they are chromoly....

my late '80s Privateer has that same decal on it (powder black, too). i don't know if they made bars or not, though.

'87/88 robinsons did come in black, but i think that era bar was narrower at the bottom.

Apparently Race Inc made chrome moly versions of these...your look pretty similar to me..just a guess..don't know about the decal...
