i got a pro racer and not sure on the year.. serial # is 0740886 below the axel slot on rear dropout, hutch is stamped in the brake bridge. TT measures 19 1/4" ... any help would be appreciated, thanks Caleb

you can't tell for certain by Hutch numbers, but it is a later USA made frame - probably late '85/early 86ish.

ok thats awesome i will just call it an 85. i have a pic here, has the matching fork and i got it with lots of goodies. i only bought it for the 401's with techmatic BB witch i will be restoring.

i have no idea where they ended up, but BITD i sold a set of Buff Zs with shimano high flange hubs. they at one time were on a Hutch that i also had sold, but your frame is a different serial than my old one.
