But what really gets me confused Jerry, is if somebody ALREADY sent you Tahoe stickers at one time, why the deuce do you need another set?

FURTHERMORE, if you can't find a set of stickers, maybe post a want ad for them where any of the OTHER 15,000+ members of this site might see it. If only we had a place for want ads...

Now if that doesn't work, maybe ask any of the crapton of members on this site who know how to re-create stickers for help. Why, there might even be some in Minnesota. (Graphic designers? print houses? In Minnesota? Unheard of!)

Do you guys think the white decals were for painted frames or just to patch holes in plaster after your buddy punches a hole in your parents wall??True story. I think it took about 15 stickers to patch it before paint(didnt work by the way haha). Ohh to be 17 again.

Who's got the stadium tires and the pop syrup? We can use hair spray... Oh, thats only on our tires.

Shoot !! I just sold my stadiums. Oh well, JF will let me borrower them. I never used anything on my tyres. I cleaned them off with dawn dish detergent and water/spong and they stuck like glue.

I used aqua net on my tyres at the first Austin indoor (via partical board), ya, ummm, not a very good idea. I was to caught up in the BMXA mags latest fashions. I had to ride out in the snow to get that crap off, then I was good to go.

you can use 2/3rd laquer thinner and 1/3 atf trans fluid to make a tire softening agent. In karts, its called "prepping" tires and boy if its overdone they turn into a sticky glue. just spray/wipe on and let sit a little...soft and sticky tires. They use a durometer punch tool that tells the tire softness level. ok, back to who won the 50 over barn race again...bleep bleep bleep

Blanket warmers are less mess and work way better on carts. On bike tyres, you would never generate enough heat to get that globby mess to start working for you and it would cause more slip than than grip...unless your a drift-bmxer.

I could catch AIR in my VW truck uni-body, so one night after putting trophies together and was headed home, I did the Duke's of Hazzard and as my lights were finally headed towards the tar they caught the eye of local law enforcement

Mark- "Shockies" came from that Aussie kid who drove home with us from the Grands one year...we got to Jack's house and the air shocks in Dave's Chevelle had blown, rendering it a low-rider. The kid referred to the shocks as "shockies," and thus we began referring to him as Shockie.

The guy breaking down the equippment is Rob Kruger, he has the biggest sound production co. in the 5 state region. He runs sound for various major acts, Moon Dance jam, Wee-fest, has house PA's in all the major clubs in the metro, Mankato, Faribault and St. Cloud (Press), has a major studio, etc. He makes bank too.
I'm still good friends with O'l Bob. Rob retired from playing, but still makes appearances. IMO, he's turned his passion into a HUGE profitable business. It still amazes me. Yaaaaaaa, I'll agree the Mississppi Mud flap or Tennesse Water fall or Trans-am, or whatever mullets are refered to.. he certainly had.... Yikes!!!
