I think I may have a better shot of making the MC Freestyle team. Those tricks didnt' really look to hard. Did they riders actually ride away from some of those stunts?
Back to me... I got the MRI done... Man, was that a trip.. It took the guy 5 tries with a needle to give me that shot...My arms looked like a shot some serious drug action...
But, this rain and dreary weather is starting to get to me.. Next week the warm begins and stays.. That's what i'm looking for... Also, on the BMX front.. I may to go this John Waite concert at the casino tonight...I won't be missing you at all

Sorry KOP, we just landed a major gas sponsor and they put a 2 rider limit on the team for 2008, Springer and Boeck's with Unlimited gas card useage
Paul Springer
Apr 13 2008, 12:08 PM
I thought when we sent in the sponsor application that they would never go for it. I am soooooo psyched that they came through, this is going to be a great Summer knowing that all my gas will be paid for. I think I am just going to go drive around just for the heck of it.
Thanks BP, you rock!

Mr. Springer has the Bailey Plate stock with him, and has enough for the whole team so when you see him you can pick one up
He also has the helmet sticker kits (unless he is sticking the all over his bathroom, head board, dresser and tool box)

Saying.........."Take what you want" seemed to work best for me. It took her & her bigfoot of a mom about 45 mintues to clean me & my apt. out back in 91'.
The trade off was well worth it!

Hire a hit- Its cheaper and less painful. J/K
Seriously, if you can both agree on the things you want to split, and you both get a fair shake in the deal, oh yeah and both can get along, You both can sit down in front of the same lawyer, have the Decree drawn up, look it over, if you both are O.K. with it, sign it and have a Judge sign it as fast as possible.
This isn't the way my big "D" went down, I got it up right up the A-hole and its still sore, probably always will be, But a few of my friends did it this way and it really worked out for both parties.
Everyone smiles in the long run.. Just my 2 cents..

Ooooh, the D word.
Yeah, no good.
Keep the lieyers out of it. Once they are in, they start battles on their own with each other to keep the fees rolling in. My only .02, as mine was as ugly and drawn out as it gets.

kop, no i won't lose a thing. i had just started the salvage yard a year prior to us even going out, then 4 yrs later got married.
i MADE her sign a very thick and lengthy prenup.
but i don't want to spend a ton of dough on this, so mannings idea sounds real good.

Now we're giving divorce advice? Man, pick-up Brad's cranks, help me with my divorce, where does it end...

never been married, I got lucky. Hope you get out well Rick, hang in there.
The Babies... my first walkman, a bus to Chicago (to hook up with Denny Owens - RIP), and a Babies cassette that I played over and over. A burning memory, only heightened by the big downward spiral you take into the Chicago Greyhound station - big city for a country boy.
Erik Lavander and I took the bus down to Chicago, got in a car with Denny and the Tracker team manager and we were off to my first NBL national - The Valentines day massacre in Evansville, IL - Feb. 14th 1981(?).
The Tracker manager was crazy about this hot little singer he had just seen in Chicago named Pat Benatar - so we played that tape non-stop on the way to the race and back.
Good times.
My bike is on it's way back, just in time for some outdoor.

Just got back from Desoto, TX where I raced the ABA Supernationals..After nearly 5 years of not being on the track I reclassed in Phoenix about 3 weeks ago and raced 41-45 cruiser..I got 3rd on Sat behind George Goodall and Barry Nilson on Sat and took 2nd on Sunday behind George and just ahead of Barry it was fun..I decided to go to Desoto and I won both days.Good times..Flat pedals of course lol I just do not feel comfortable on the clips after riding most of my life on flats. We had a great weekend of racing and Im looking forward to the next race although Im not sure when that will be for me..I just want to thank my team and all my friends for supporting me in my decision to get out on the track again, it's a lot of fun..
Until next time..C-Ya at the races..
