Thanks Springer for picking up the Bike. Since I was going to give the DG to Brad for doing me that favor, I guess I'll give it to you now....

Oh BS!! Common!! Springer's going to melt it down and make a belt buckle out of it.

I took the CYC out yesterday and the freewheel did a John Sandberg before the main at the worlds and now I'zz a sore man. Springer, this bike defines "clown bike". I'll bring it Friday night.
WBL BMXer - aka Chucky
Sunday's racing was quite interesting for me. It was my first race with clips. First moto holeshot went down in flames when I came un-clipped at the triple. Second moto, same thing. Third moto, I take it easy on the sprint to make sure I'm clipped in ok and Paul "the Dozer" Springer has a good sprint down the inside line. I figure he's going to drift up some in the berm, but I didn't realize I needed to use Joey the Bomb's line on the wood to keep from going down. Fun racing. No hard feelings.
B. Apold
The barn can be an unforgiving place to race if your not on the hot line. I almost went over last weekend too.

Clips? I guess thumbs up if you can make them work.

Speaking of Joey, why wasn't OFR/Jayson and co. down in Desoto? Its fairly close. I was looking for them guys.

So did they alter the cruiser classes a little? I see its 35-39, 40-44 and 45 over, or atlest at the nationals yesterday.

Clears throat.....WELCOME DOUG FROM REHBEIN'S, who brings Minnesota the chance to ride during the winter months!
WBL BMXer - aka Chucky
Clips have been great in practice, but I picked up some new shoes and had problems getting the left foot in at the gate.

I would have been in lane 1 with Moe in 2 and Lance 3, so the start in the main would have been real fun.

And were all thankful.

Chucky, you'll figure out those clips and it'll help. I don't doubt there allot better for the actual performance (gates especially), but falling with them keeps me from joining the masses.

Sounds like nothing has changed with Dozer. I have seen him go high and low and high in the same corner. I also have seen him through cans in concession corner. Anything for the edge I guess. You have to keep both eye's open when he's in the barn.

Clips, I have new shoes and and clip less in the works. It should be interesting.

Oh man that's cold. Maybe you need to focus more on the track and less on what Mr. Springer is doing. Maybe your the problem.. tongue.gif LOL!

My little kid bike huh? LOL! It would appear that way. Take it around 3-4 times and I bet your hooked. Its like going from a Caddy (24") to a sports car (20"). They handle IMO way better, but there harder to tame, and once you over come that obstical its more fun and easier to ride

News

First off, the first time since 1984, i'm looking for a sponsor.. Just kind of throwing it out there. Mostly the sponsor just needs to supply my gas costs to get places, and entry fees if I decide to race. I will represent the sponsor by displaying a sticker on my bike.

Second, i'm going to the doctor in an hour to have my knee looked at. At the Condo Classic, I banged my knee against my handlebars. Ever since then there is a big bump there and I can't bend properly...

But don't let the injury stop the sponsors from calling. I'll still hang out and put the sticker on.. Is ATR interested?

ok... all hit men hired for Friday Night! I can't pay anything more to get you to stop your hired contracts but remember this is for charity and besides...this group does enough damage to them selves on there own. No help required! And just so everyone knows - I am slow the only thing I can beat my kids at is getting out of bed in the morning it is simply my goal to survive! But then I still have my Condo Classic Trophy on the fire place - right next to the national trophys the kids have scored this year! I cant wait..

Ride Hard.... Never Quit!

MC.. Maybe you should have one round of hardcore rules for some of the bike bangers!

KOP, your pretty funny! Did your agent tell you that is a good starting point with the negotiations? I thought you were talking about sponsorship with Minnesota Faction asking about the details of getting a jersey and such. Your going to have to race more than twice a year ya know.

King of Pipeline
The main point in my sponsorship is gas money. I don't think it's too much to ask.. I'll run a sticker for Pete's Sake!
How am I supposed to hang out. And get out of Waseca... Usually I ask for a rental car also, but because of the recent economic crisis, I thought I would lower my standards..... So i'm a free agent, and I ride a Free Agent..

They already turned me down. I need something local.... Conley,, throw some bucks my way.. I'll ride around..

BIG well wishes and prayers for Jeff "JT" Tollefson who went down after the triple in the first straight and landed on his face last night. Fortunately he was wearing a full face helmet and it protected his head pretty well. He did have some injuries to his neck and I believe he went to the hospital following the accident. Please keep him and Carolyn in our thoughts.

We had a great time last night getting together to visit and have a benefit for Nancy, Russ Newcomb's girlfriend. We raised just under $600 and the money is going towards some great people. We had some OS racing and a ton of pit bike racing with three age classes, what a riot. We had a few slide outs and subtle crashes.

Sandbox has still got the skillz!

The fast little grommets truckin on down the line!

Showing old man Moe how to get it done, gidde up! I won't talk about the finish...

Look at this HARDCORE final gate.
