Who's going to the barn this weekend? I'm leaning toward practice on Friday. I'd like to race on Saturday, but I'm not sure I can make it in time due to my daughter's basketball game.

I plan on being there Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The wife and kids are out of town! I will be there to distribute uniforms & ride, ride, ride and maybe race (?)

Cal & D.C. plan on Sat. race. New gearing test. Paul do you ever switch your ID logo to left shoe?

CHUCK------Today is MONDAY, I couldn't even tell you what I was going to "wear" in the morning when I get up....

BUT, I can say that BRRRRAD has his week planned out, and may or may not be there...BUT, BRRRRRAD is on MN thread strike this week I guess, so until he chimes in and crosses the scab line we won't know

I plan to ride this Friday providing the "ZICAM" keeps this potential cold away. I feel kinda crappy right now and I don't get sick. Kinda weird how I was feeling crappy last night I decided to work out anyway and benched a record, for me anyway. So, no I'm not on strike, just busy and hiding. LOL!!!

Hey folks. Quick report from Texas. As most of you know I took a pretty cool fall at the Condo. The pain wasn't too bad that night or Saturday but got much worse as the days progressed. I had x-rays last week, nothing broken thank goodness. Good thing for modern drugs. I'm feeling pretty good now and will start racing again next week. This week is rainy and looks like it will continue into the weekend. No indoor track down here.

Then I lost my login for this site so I couldn't post messages. That made me very sad But I'm back!

BIG BIG Props to the K DOG, I am sooooooooo excited for Isanti/Rum River getting the National. I am very proud of you Kevin and glad to have such a great guy as a friend. Your hard work and dedication has truly paid off, great job! This is going to be an awesome camping/racing/drinking/freestyling weekend!

I have a feeling that is going to be a can't miss MN BMX weekend.

DC, and others trying to learn to "manual". I found a couple videos that focus on freestyle, but the technique is probably pretty much the same (without the bumps).

The weekend before the Nationals we are hosting the Minnesota Star of the North BMX games on Saturday (June 21st) then our state championship Qualifier on Sunday(June 22nd). Two weeks after Rockford, so that should give everyone time to recover.
