when I got this it had a post stuck in it. my attempt to drill it out was a complete failure, never again will I attempt that without the proper tools. (like a drillpress)
it kicked to the side a couple times and went right through the side of the seat tube. so I sent it off to Rod Miles, and it came back looking awesome!! a lot of classic bikes would have ended up in the landfill without Rod.
here's a couple pictures of the progress. how does it look?
before.

during.

after candy blue powdercoating.

finished

I wanted to do one up a little different, and cool looking at the same time. I hope everyone enjoys it.
thanks again Rod for doing a great job on this frame!!

Amazing!!!! I have often thought that cracked frames wouldn't be to tought to fab and repair. I have a welder ( I make Exhausts, Intercooler tubing and roll cages etc).... From the pic it looks like a very superior job... I love DG's and you should sell that to me.. Please!

BTW, Ted Carl has a device that can pull seat posts out of the frame. I have one stuck and he said it could be removed.
