What colour hub to use with Z rims

Hub and rim the same colour in my opinion because it matches and looks better than mis-matched colours

Sory, just need more info to form an opinion...
What type of bike? BMX or freestyle?
What color bike? Chrome, paint, polished?
early or mid 80's era?
classy or flashy?
What color Z-RIMS?????????

Pretty much a generalization. I have a pair of yellow zeds with gold hubs and it just seems like a bit too much colour. I have put them on a chrome bike and a painted one but the jurys still out.
I am about to build up a red pair but I just wanted to get other peoples thoughts, not the decision made for me.

I laced up a set of NOS Blue DX hubs with NOS Black Z Rims and they look real sweet, im just trying to track down some more blue anodise parts and they will be going on a black Redline MXII F/F hopefully it should work.

I had a black set with gold high flange hubs and black spokes. Looked kind of like the graphites. I think it all depends on the color combo on the bike. Do what matches...

For me, I like the miss match. It add's flavor, and brings the wheel too life.

Black rims with blue or gold hubs would look great. Anyone have a pic of these combos?
