Aren't the coolest members really those with member # under 100, less then 50 posts and when they post everyone else is like "whooooaaah!", cause they discovered VBMX early, don't really give a rat's a** about posting cause they have a real life, and have pretty much everything figured outand therefore make brilliant posts.

You need to add the "me too" posts across the entire forum under different threads , mindless manual stacking or flooding of posts won't help you out none.
Hal & the crew are smart enough to know how to stop basic "flooding" , & post/point stacking. Once your inside this forum on their turf they 0wn you.
So , no extra points for a triple post in under 1 minute & no extra points for 3 posts in a minute to the guys above.....
Tip for looking cool in public.
Always read the instructions or figure out how it works _before_ you try to open an unfamiliar door.

Can someone throw some random bike pics in here so we have something to look at while reading all the dribble!
and remeber kids....stop, look, and listen!

OK

Don't try to fit a Potts Mod front brake setup to a bike that has a plugged set of Bottema forks on it , the brake cable won't fit thru the base of the forks.
You need to use a set of the earlier Bottema's (without the headtube plug/sleeve) to get clearance for the brake cable.

Now for the cable & lever etc....
Sweetskinz Scorch model tires can be made to work with chrome

Well, not a vintage model, but a vintage brand (my new ride):

(yeah, I know. I thought I was done with the Crupi but I had to accept that it was too small for me. It`s amazing what being on the right sized frame does for your riding)

Aug 14 2007, 05:07 PM
Hey Jeff the new ride looks great and I'm glad the larger frame is working out for you. I'll see you out at the track soon brother.
