Sick bike. I seem to recall a dude in my neighborhood on L.I. riding one of those.

My 1979 Team Jag, the only Jag at Rockford '07 if I recall. Weird how they hardly ever show up, Jag's were everywhere around these parts back then.

I am not plotting Tom, I haven't even e-mailed him yet to see if he wants to sell it LOL..
Nice find, I have a soft spot for them as well, just need that elusive 24 and I will have one of each.
What forks are those, look redline'ish? Not Jag forks that I have ever seen anyway. Probably put that fork on because the stock ones have a severe rake
I am envious of that, rare to find a complete one. Jags Rule

What is the origin of the names Jox and Jag? Is Jag short for Jaguar? What about Jox? I've always wondered..

Anyone selling a JAG. I've been looking for one since I starting collecting. I remember going to the bike store wishing I had one.

Great bikes, always wanted one but never got one. Seems like the frame designs changed every year. I remember a looptail design from the mid 80s, I'll have to go thru my back issues to see. I know Mongoose made the earlier ones but who made the later ones for them, my MCS has the same rear dropouts. Does anyone know their history?

The one on ebay doesn't inspire me to pay $500.00 despite my childhood longing for a JAG.
