What would be a fair price for an almost original complete?

If I was buying it a fair price would be $20.00.
If I was selling it, well thats a whole different ball game....

man, I passed up a rough but complete one for fifteen bucks and I've been kicking myself since.
In good shape, I think one could ebay for 3-400 bucks.
