This guy showed up with his BITD ride yesterday & I quizzed him about it.
He says he bought it back in 82-83'ish & raced for a few years before putting it away. He wants to get back on the track with it & I told him to take it easy. GT Hubs, DK stem, Powerlite bars, Hutch pedals, needs some TLC but still a nice survivor.

Awesome! I wish I wasn't working 14 hours a day, or I'd come out with some of my mid/old school rides. I'd probably come in last place, but I would look good doing it(especially on my DB with my '82 vintage DB jersey).

Dude nice ride !! Over the summer we were practicing at the local track and this kid rolls up and asks can I ride ?? Sure I said. I didnt even look at his ride until he came to the finish line to hang with the other kids and then I had to get the camera out.. Havent seen him since!!! Yeah its a master !!!

the fork stickers on that robinson, what year are those??? I remember seeing them but only for a short time... maybe only one year? does anyone have a frame with that style of stickers? I use to have a jersey with that style on it....

At the track tonight spraying chemical to help cut back on weeds and over growth and a guy pulls in with a mid school cycle craft crusier and starts riding he also had a mid school specialized on the back of the car.. He says you mind if I practice Im getting ready to get back into racing,.
