Phaze 1 20 or a Mini???

The fork looks like CW dropouts, kinda hard to see....serial number is as planned for a 20 also CZxxxx, but that steerer tube looks too long to where the fork legs are welded. What do you guys think.... im in no need for another 20 inch, but a Mini would be a cool build to stick next to mine....

Did they still make those when the newer sticker design came out? Or just new stickers...

I hadn't heard of them making a mini Phaze 1...

Those are the wrong stickers....i think those came out in 86-87. (don't kill me if im wrong!! LOL!)

here is a link to the CW serial numbers... very informational.. i am more interested in the fork.. just looks funny (and squeezed) on the steerer tube...the legs are welded low on the tube.... makes it look like a mini fork or sumptin.

Jon, picture in the link looks to be a Phaze 1 with more recent (86ish) CW stickers on it - which is accurate to the sellers description of replacement stickers - and makes sense they would be pink as it was ridden by his daughter.

Seriously though. I'm with you on that Jon. They do look like C-dub dropouts, but it's really hard to tell in that pic. The headset and cups are throwing me off a bit too...

The headset looks like a Tange 125 top cup and a mx-2 bottom cup. Does anyone (TONE, u had alot of NOS stuff) have a picture of the front of a CW fork?
if so, post it up.

ok.......this entire thing got me going nutzo. i know ive seen those forks. i know ive owned those forks. then it hit me fellaz.

hbs was a company who had products made by the same company who made cws stuff. just slightly different.

well after some digging in my vault i think i got it. hbs MINI fork on a cw phaze with pink decals.

Phaze 1 Junior. (notice the standard BB, whereas Tone's pic has a Euro BB)
