Here is a couple shots of it. This bike was is one of my holy grail bikes. My friends brother had one when I was 8 and I fell in love with it. I have to put on the brakes, I have a Dia Comp Gold rear, need a front. and I have to change the bars and put decals on it yet. I had it painted the original color it was (as close to it as my painer could get) I am pretty happy with it. Let me know what you guys think

very cool, do you know what actual color they used? i also have a 80 standard long that i emailed mr. melton about years ago when i got it (it was red then) and he told me mine was originally blue. i've got a ppg catalog that has what i think is a very close color, but it's got a metallic base in it. i would like to have it painted as close to original as possible.
