A long shot, but I would hope someone would do it for me:

I found an early 80s Predator that looks like it was stolen and ditched. Found in the burbs outside Philly. The condition of this bike leads me to believe that someone cares about it.

Like I said, it's certainly a long shot, but I figured I would register here and see what comes of it. Be real specific if you try to claim it =)

Cheers,

Noggle

That's very cool of you Noggle. Kudos.

Oh yeah thats mine, it was stolen when i got bike jacked here in Dallas. He must have rode it up to Philly and then dumped it. Man I bet he was tired!

That wouldn't be up in the Upper Black Eddy area of Bucks County, PA would it?

Not mine, it's just funny you mention it. I was camping a few weeks ago and saw some kid riding one around the camp-ground.

The kid left it outside the ranger's station/general store of the campground unlocked. I kept my grubby little hands to myself, but was oggling it up quite a bit though.

hey 2112 -

You see any white haro masters down there, I was visiting about a year ago & got mine lifted....& yea, it was my original bike when I was a kid.

Guess the old FINDERS KEEPERS, LOSERS WEEPERS doesn't fit this?

Nope not a campground...

Actually it was two bikes, the other was a gold Hutch but I left that one behind... Only had room for one in my back seat.
hollywood763
that hutch will probably end up on ebay.........
with the serial numbers filed off of course....
VW Freak
Right you left the gold hutch and took the 80s Predator. At least you left the worst one.
DOUG
Why would someone leave a hutch used for displaying their gold outside? Take care of your furniture, people!

I actually had my Team Alloy stolen in Doylestown back in 1986 - I wish my parents wouldn't have thrown out the manual that had the serial number in it, but after the police told them to just forget it they saw no need to keep it.
If I ever found the guy who stole it...
Nogglefish
(The gold Hutch was me trying to be funny - someone finding Woody's gold Hutch in a ditch but taking the Predator instead...)
Jet Black
You want a description of the bike ???

its chrome..., its got alloy 20 inch wheels errr...it's a BMX Bike.

Hopefully it will get back to it's actual owner.
Sounds like you found a diamond in a ditch.
Be interested to know how it got there...
