I didn't make an offer on this one, I was just excited to see a Kuwie Laser while I was there. A couple pics...

cool, looks like he's down with the old school scene.
QuicksilverBMX
Should have put him onto Jamie, I think he's feeling a bit lonely over there!!!
joe cool on a Phaze One
Should of tried to buy it and either shipped back to the states or see if you could of put it on the plane. Cool to see that!!! I've always wondered if bikes like this were still floating around in places like that.

Kuwahara? Where? All I see is two girls holding hands!

The funny abt Tokyo the last time I was there was that it was soo hard to find any vintage Japan made bmxs, seen none but saw a few Haros though.

yeah, being a Kuwahara fan it was a score to have the only old school bike I saw over there be a Kuwie

and being from San Francisco I was also laughing because the black sticker on the top tube says "TENDERLOIN CALIFORNIA" (the Tenderloin is a cracked out neighborhood in the heart of SF). I was meant to see this bike

Hey Ringer, still in Japan? Too bad I wasn't so busy working here as I would love to meet up with you guys, but I am like 300 miles from Tokyo (Nagoya, home of Toyota).....would have been cool to meet you guys. Cool Kuwi too. Cheers

a bunch of my friends have bmx shop ( and the now over trendy fixed gears) called W-BASE,its in shibuya,if your riding or walking from shibuya station on meiji street towards Laforet(the big gap)...stay on the left side, and cut off meiji up the backstreet close to hysteric glamor store....tons of old school stuff..
im involved in the streetwear scene and so are the owners...bmx is HUUUUUUUUUGE there..

'TENDERLOIN california' is a sticker from the tokyo clothing brand TENDERLOIN...dudes are super into old school bmx and american muscle cars.

tell them invisibleman sent you and try not to spend every cent you have.
