Oh and the only serial number I can find is 000123 on the brake bridge, If that helps

It looks like the welds are pretty nice under all that paint.
The forks have holes for safety washers, which is often a sign of a low-end bike. But the forks might not be original to the frame.
Does the frame have a kickstand mount?

goose forks? powerlite frame. little later model than the square or round brake bridge models. perhaps 85 or later.

Frame looks to be 1979-1981 Powerlite. Seems that Powerlite and GJS shared the same brake bridge design. I have had a few of those with that brake bridge and gusset combo. The mid-1980s Powerlite didn't have that front gusset.
Forks look to be the Team Cycle (Goose Knockoffs)

Dave- No kickstand mount it has realy decent welds on the frame but I agree the forks don't look to be for the frame... Looking closer at both welding jobs they look quite a bit different in quality. Thanks guys for the input

By the way--- Anyody have any decals for it Powerlite that is... It has already been stripped and getting ready to send out for powder and dropout repair....jut not sure what forks to use with it yet.... PM me if you have decals for it
