Well I bought the frame only off of jeffrey 1970 here a few years back. I built it up to the way I like it. I was not born to be around this bike when it first came out ( i'm only 17)but I have a passion for 80's bmx. Well I have owned this bike for about 3 or so years now and it's still in the works. Just thought I would show it off and get a few comments. This was actually my first race bike. It is a 1984 JMC Standard Long Frame it has 1st gen DY Bars,DK neck, Tange Blade forks with JMC decals, Mongoose Pro-class Rims, Oakley Grips, Redline Cranks, Gt Pedals(waiting to be updated) , MX seat(waiting to be updated) Blue no-name tires. I am looking for blue kkt 9/16 pedals or Hutch pro pedals for it and a blue kashimax aero seat. Don't need nos but wouldnt mind it as this is my rider. Pictures show my JMC, and my other project its a 1972 amc gremlin with a 360 v-8 4 bbl and the last pic is me and my JMC.Sorry for the crappy pics, camera is messed up,but here are the pics of it.

Great build. Cool to see that you appreciate the old school. I currently have a chrome with blue stickers that I am trying to restore. Your's is good inspiration to get it finished.

Nice to see the respect for the old school, not like my buddies kid who knocks over the vintage in the garage to get his crappy 2006 bike.
