Does anyone have a pre-serial number Hutch Pro Racer frameset with a 7-digit telephone number hand-stamped under the bottom bracket that has the first 3 numbers being 739 ?

Yes. I know it's a long shot, but I figured what the heck.
I tracked it through the 2 owners after me, and the 3rd was a LBS that buys/sells used bikes. They said they probably sold it on eBay, but I think they would have gotten it before 1997 when eBay started. It might be local, it might be landfill, and it might be anywhere if it went online.
