76 Mongeese
I rode this very bike back in '75 when it was the 1st true BMX bike in our clan. A friend, Jeff, bought it new at the local Raleigh/motobecane dealer. Years later it was put at the curb to be picked up with the rest of the trash. Another friend nabbed it and held onto it for a few years. He recently worked a trade with me so I now own it. The frame is pretty bad with gorilla weld repairs.....I have a guess that was Kevin, the only neighborhood kid with a welder.

Cool. Your showing your age with that one. What are your plans, fix it or keep it as is?

76 , i would love that bike !!!! awesome !

there was a guy selling a LRV moxie a few months ago in the US , they are exactly like the matthews mono . i tried desperately to get him to ship it to me in OZ but no luck . it went for buttons too (IMHO) think it was $250 .

very nice bike , good luck getting the spring shocker but

Yeah guys...she would need a lot of work....the frame is really messed up. Still tickled to get it because of the history. Got plans for the frontend. I guess I could use the rear end and do a mono conversion on something unique....so many ideas - so little time. Having the original MS-1 seat is kinda cool too. Either way the parts will be revived to ride again.
