I spotted this neck on ebay tonight and wondered if this was not a regular stem inverted on the shaft?

Isn't the cruiser stem have drop in bolt holes from da top?

I e-mailed the seller to see wut up?

That's a legit stem. I had an NOS one except mine had the stamps on top and bottom. The inverted TUF NECK bolts from the top.

$300 is a deal then? Is it possible to flip the stem on the shaft for inverted use, cuz it looks like one upside down pro-neck no?

I've heard that the wedge wont fit if you flip it.
$300 is a good price. I sold mine which was silver NOS for $400
