Anyway, here it is:

Ok , guys , i finaly had a chance to sit down tonight and look through the log that i got from Sammy Miller , of thruster, and i found all the proof that thruster pedals never existed in any fashion. First let me start by saying that when i was originaly contacted but the seller of the pedals. I was told that they were originals and were made in the early 80s and were made to compete with hutch. I was even told a price of what they cost back in the day. So the timeline was established there. I was told that they were found in barn of thruster things and that they were only a limited amount made and were very expensive back in the day. When i asked Sammy about them he said they were never made so i never purchased a set becasue i was sceptical. Especialy after he told me that they never even discussed the idea of ever making pedals period. In the meantime Sammy sent me an original Thruster log that had every single thing thruster made ! Everything, every color , every brand, every price for dealers and retail. Although with everything in there i was still hesitant to disbelieve 100 percent because of the " Dr. BMX program" that thruster was said to have and that nobody knew about. Well tonight for the very first time i looked through the entire book and on the very last page , there it was ! The Dr. BMX Motorcross Accessories page ! Yes , the final proof that was needed to see if thruster had special parts or what eactly what the program was. On the original thread i saw that Greg and Pat and some others mentioned that the program was never launched but it was. It is also not what you may think it was . Dr. BMX was a program that was set up for Thruster dealers so that they could buy parts and accesories through thruster when ordering there thruster parts and accesories. Nothing more, nothing less. In fact on the sheet there are only dealer prices given and not any retail prices whatsoever. This was a dealer only program.

The only other products offered are in the pages with the different bikes and frame sets that are offered. and that is Thruster Power Stem in Red-Blue-Gold dealer price 24.40 and retail 34.95 and the Thruster Power Bars 6 3/4 rise or 8" rise in red-white-blue-black Dealer 17.35 retail 24.80 and then in chrome for 17.95 dealer and retail 25.95. That is it ! NO PEDALS, NO SEATCLAMPS ! Now with me personaly hearing from Sammy that they were never made , seeing it for myself in the original "dealer" log and also never offered in the Dr. BMX Motorcross accessories dealer program there is only one conclusion. They were never made! You cannot even entertan the idea if they were possibly made in the late 80s or early 90s because when the seller was trying to hit me up for $500 on a set he originaly told me that they were made to compete with hutch pedals but were "too expensive" to make and since they retailed for over $250 back then they didnt sell good and only a few team members got them. I am sure that each buyer that was contacted got a different story but that was the "sales pitch" that i got. When trying to sell them he knew alot about them and even streesed how they were originals becuase the logo was the same. Now i am hearing that he thinks they were made later like in 88. That is not what i was told when i had my $500 ready to send ! I have always tried to keep an open mind on this subject but now i have every peice of evidnece i peronaly need to know that they were never made. Sammy was right when he sent me the log " if its not in the log then we never made it". Once again , God speed sammy and thanks !
