Thanks to DAN yet again. I don't think I can ever repay his help. Thanks to Sidehackguy for the seat and Moto BMX for the grips and Johnny for the numbers.

I wanted to build it with mags but was a bit hesitant about building it that way until Utterback told me that it was set-up just like his practice bike from back in the day. Thanks JU

Totally cool of DAN for that sweet hookup!
Nice build Rick!
Btw, I've got a more appropriate set of downtube sticks for your TR if you want them, just lmk.

Sweet, but how many races do ya think that frame would last with MMs

Let's play a game!

With a set of Moto Mags I can break a frame in __ jumps

I know Rick, shut up Chuck, it's built for droolin over

i have a hard time wrapping my mind around why Stu would have run boat anchors on his shiney new aluminum frame!

yo....rad!! FMF..looks fast.......jp

I got the frame back from a certain JMC collector a while back and knew it would sit for a long time in my garage. When Rick stopped by a couple months back I knew he would have it built up and cool in no time at all. Some things can sit in the darkness for years some need to see the light of day.

Nice one Rick!

Not bad, not bad at all Rick.
You mean JMC collector turned GJS(trade for JMC) collector?
Curt
Rick, That bike is so 1977, very Moto!!!

My take as to why run the mags on an aluminum frame. Mags were the logical conclusion of 120 gauge spokes laced to AJs.

Oh and just maybe Stu might have been paid.

Great bike!!!!

So, if some old nickel plated frame named after some old motorcycle road racer dude decided it was no longer happy in your garage rafter would you call me?

Very cool... Nice picture of Stu just to clearify that the wheels couldn't have been that heavy... Love his number plate... Big Mama
