Looks like one of those things that the farmers would pull behind the horse to plow the fields. Just needs a couple long wooden handles, that's all.

It's a mid 70's, (74-78) frame that was mass produced and sold by a few companies..Sears,K-Mart,Montgomery Wards, The Treasury and a few others back then.
Someone else started a thread on this same frame earlier.

Mine was EXACTLY like this but was sold at The Treasury department store and I remember I got it in 1975 for X-Mas. Of course, I took off all the plastic stuff.
