I took 2 hours of video at the event (inc 12 min's of my feet), but just have not had time to make the DVD.

Given the hype before this event and some ill feeling about the video, coupled with a lack of response from everyone on what to do with the video, I've decided to post it here. Not all of it and it'll be in compressed youtube format. So perhaps we'll do a DVD down the road. Perhaps not.

Tonight is 15 min's of a tribute to Stu Thomsen courtesy of Cash Matthews and Perry Kramer (Please note I put the wrong date on the video...)

There are five other riders, Oz and a nice opening by Bryan Esser. Thanks again to Gary and team for putting this on.

If you enjoy this, please donate a few bucks to www.rfar.org or you can paypal me (ben dot joy at comcast dot net) and it will go with the auctions to RFAR and Project 999.

What to do with the video?

Every time you called you were on a trip overseas.
I always trusted it was in good hands!

For the video, We need someone who edits, dup's and has the time to take the raw .AVI files over.

I'm off to Taiwan in 2 weeks and my Son's baseball team has taken priority....

Thanks Ben, For the wonderful job Filming us. I had a great time. Tommy Brackens
Bike Crazy.
Is always great to listen to other older guys talking about BMX back in the day. What about doing a small part on the DVD about what these guys are up to now days.

Tommy -

I'm working on the DVD right now and LOL at your roasting Greg. Your description of a rental car on grass kills me. Seriously... you kill me. It was my pleasure even if we didn't see Paris.

LMAO - Unmarked mail.....

YEAH. I'm stoked to see it. All of us here wish we could have been there. Amazing.

The event was very nice. Essentially it went as follows:

1. An excellent opening by Bryan Esser.
2. Bob Osborn then elaborated and introduced David Clinton.
3. Stu - enough said.
4. Greg Esser - East coast greatness and a wonderfully jovial person.
5. Brent Patterson - Nor Cal BMX Royalty.
6. Greg Hill - An intense racer, but graciously maturing person. Greg surprises me more than anyone as he’s more humble than he is competitive.

Here are a few more links.... Please pass $10 or whatever to my paypal account (ben dot joy at comcast dot net) and it'll be split net 50/50 to Project 999 and www.RFAR.ORG (I will never forget .org after 38 ebay updates).

Ben great job..I got your message and will call you in a few..

Here is a message from one of our buddies:

Please go in and tell him I said thank you. Let him know I can't post so I can't promote the charities but I think he is doing a great job and a great thing.

Crews, toast to Patterson was pretty funny... It was almost like a stand-up gig he had going there. I was lucky enough to spend time with both of these Legends BITD..

Thanks to all for making this happen.

Untill things settle down, I pulled the videos. Perhaps this is the sign to burn DVD's.

A agree, John, like Tommy B, were outstanding speakers and almost stand up like.

There is a guy who has all the reason in the world to whine, BUT he doesn't. Lighten up gang.
