The first one I pretty much have together (needs a chain and it is still soaking to get all the dirt off). I have a ZX CW all original bike here for over a year now waiting for a Phaze 1 frame, which I found on eBya - the forks were junk on it but I had good forks - then this weekend I found the perfect cranks (well not CW) but perfect in my eyes, which are Redline flights but 185 is a little long. They are second generation Here it was the day I got it as a ZX frame with brake mount reweled on - but the killer OG bars and OG pads - I had to have it - and after the new changes yesterday (yes, new graphites - work great for this bike as, I might ride this one) - ROCKFORD is coming!!

The Second is "The Wedge" - which also needs a chain as well as I am tryig to decide on Black or Red MX1000 brakes....This one I LOVE and does not even compare to the CW in my eyes and built it starting last night until early this morning. You will not see another one of these this clean EVER, in fact you may never see another one since they only were said to have made 50 - unless it is NOS. Pro Class rims, which are steel but I had NOS one lying around and made rim strips for them - if you would like to know how contact me! They work - even in the rain!

ALSO NEEDED _ Profile Spider! PLEASE!!

When did the Wedge come out?

CWs are cool!

From all the information I have gotten the "Wedge" came out in the early 80's - maybe 82. They made X - amount of frames - then this one came out in 82 or 83 - this serial number is STIX00010. It is said that there were 50 taotal of both first and second edition frames. So maybe 25 of the first run and 25 of the second. I came into it by pure luck - but glad I did so everyone will be able to gain information on it and not just stored away in a basement.
When I get more information on the Wedge I will update - but for now, they came out of N.J. and made by one of the Scruggs family. There was a facotry team (I will attach factory Jersey Picture). I think they raced NBL and only as a team for about 6 months.

Killer builds and I am loving that Wedge!

I had never seen or heard of a Wedge before, but I love it. Its top tube design is totally cool.

If you remove the central top tube, it reminds me of an old school Hyper (like Jay Stark's), with its lower profile than a Torker.
