Jet Black
Ok so it's not a Tim Judge Thruster.. so is it a Tim Judge Hutch or what ???

If so waaaay cool !!!
If someone saw fit to plaster a US built Hutch (is there a serial number ?) with stickers at some time during it's life span then why not continue the tradition or spirit of the frame.
Definately has a tough street/skatepark rider look to it.

Pegs ?

Personal changes I'd make to keep it street , tuff & mean.

Swap those red alloy valve caps for chrome skulls or bullet brass casings.

Fit a new school slick or sticky stadium style tire to the rear.
DX platforms or similar if you can find a 1/2 inch set that are "sacrificial"
A beefier neck/stem would really help too.

Recommended additions are naturally whenever you can afford to fit them.

You have built yourself a nice looking "rat bike" with an ET theme in there somewhere.....sweet.

It reminds me of a 6ft 1inch popout surfboard that I decorated to look nastier than your bike in the late 1980's early 1990's , that I'd take out for a surf , Surf Nazi & Schwasticka painted underneath , fluro green & black SS logo's on top + high performance car , local gunshop etc etc stickers over it.
Legrope on one leg , diving knife strapped to the other leg.

Same deal a "rat surfboard" , that the locals would always give me plenty of room to ride on "their" beach

Oh yeah, that's a Hutch Judge or Judge II; depending on TT length, serial #, and brake bridge.
EL CID
I have one painted the same color krylon red and stickered to hell and back painted the original forks black,I still have it minus the decals it pulled most of the paint with it.

That's beautiful, in my opinion!

I like it. Now that's a vintage survivor in my opinion. Someone owned that bike and slapped all those stickers on it. It kind of reminds me of the "rat rods" in the hot rod world. Props to you for not changing it.

What's the top tube length? If it's longer than 19.5" it's a Judge II.
