Yep - Mitsuboshi 'Grippa' - from around 82 - 83.
Not 'Comps'.
Info is a little sketchy on these.
20" and 24" sizes.
I recall the original SE Floval Flyer BMX Action test featured these as a 'prototype COMP IV' tyre or something.
