Junk,
this same frame was / ias listed on eBay or one just like it. It is not anything name brand - look at how the dropouts are attached. I am not even sure they are welded. Don't spend your money if you are4 thinking about it - and if you did - don't count on much in return.

Anyway to tell if that's a Kent? Oddly enough, the looped seat stays remind me of my first bike. It was a "Copper Head" made by Kent I believe.
