Bruce you must know Mike Kelly from Utah. He and I have battled at many nationals.

We had a lot of fun at the Elk River opening. The track is really shaping up nicely. Doug was nice enough to kick it off with a free bbq & beverage night and free riding. The turn out was better than I expected with about 15 newbies showing up.

OS guys that showed up were Rod, Mark, Russ & myself. Russ was looking pretty fast for being away from it for so long. He showed up on a cool ACE 24 that was pretty cool, beefy cranks too. Mark took some video & pictures and should put them up soon.

Sounds like a fun night. I'm looking forward to racing there Sunday.

Nice to hear that the "Enforcer" made it on the track. Is Russ going to join us this weekend?

My bad...between the on-call page at 3:00am and the compost pile move going on...I ran out of gas.

Despite all the trash talk between y'all. I'm still getting antsy to join you guys ON the track. Smitty was telling me he should have everything I need to get my Floval back rolling to me by mid-july. So I'm looking to get to a few races or at least practice sessions before summer's end!

OMG - I just watched the video from Brainerd. Paul, you're right, that track is long. I think I saw Buzzsaw choke up a lung near the last berm. I'm glad you guys survived with the heat last weekend.
