I found this early- mid 80's race photo in a 1996 issue of Bicycling Magazine.
Anyone know who these guys are?

David "Spanky" Campbell is in the lead.
He is a lawyer up in Nor Cal these days.
The Pro Neck rider is from Chicago I believe.

I think the Pro Neck rider is Mike Hubber ot of Chicago. I may have his name wrong.
He would be in the lead if he had clips. HEHE

Not sure who, but it looks like it was taken going into the first turn at the Murray World Cup - killer doubles.

Gary, your clip comment is funny, because before I got to it I was already planning to comment that all the dudes in the photo were showing exceptional style that would be drastically hindered by the use OF CLIPS! ha ha
LUDY Van De Werf from Holland!

Chicago Pro-Neck rider was Mike Hibner. Not certain if that's him or not

If truly mid-80s, I doubt that its Hibner since he was still riding with me (and Brian Schofield, Nuccio and the McMahons) for the legendary midwest bike shop team of Sundance Cycle

I remember seeing those Olympic ring symbols on Murray ads BITD. I think they were an official sponsor of the '84 Olympics, if I'm not mistaken.
Clips comment is truly hilarious, Gary!
The difference of yesterday & today's photo would be, the "today" photo would have everyone tucked/manualing over the jump, whereas everyone in the above photo is almost airborne.
