Are you sure that's a WEBCO?
wasnt there a webco that had square tubing for the frame....i had a frame that had webco stickers and square tubing i really liked it till i broke it... what made me remember it was the forks in that picture were the same forks that were on my frame..i have always wondered if it really was a webco

That's a Webco pro frame. around '79 '80 as i recall. you don't see too many, but more and more seem to be popping up lately. Too bad you missed out on that one. It's got the Webco fork and everything. maybe you can track down the person that beat you to it and work a deal.
What Sod said -- dang, that was a nice find! Caveman, are you thinking of a Two Wheelers Stroker frame? They were square-tubed.
i really dont know what it was it had the forks on it like the bike above but the frame was all square tubing well i say it was square but the top tube and down tube were more rectangle and had webco stickers on it...I dont even remember where i got it....I really liked the way it rode till i broke it

WEBCO PRO, And now we know of five frames that exist unless Diablo and SHOWOFF are hiding some! Post a pic of one if you have one!
