I took almost 150 pictures and about 40 minutes of video, not a single picture of me or even 1 second of video though. I will upload some pictures to photobucket and post some in between work. I met BMX Joe, and Marlo over the weekend, had dinner with Marlo and a couple of Norcal guys Friday night. What a great weekend.

Amazing isnt it? We could ride all day everyday as kids. Now I hurt the next day after riding too. What's up with that?
Anyone else riding? Looking for some riding buddies. Man I get tired of riding alone. Rockne you out there?

Hey I found my name on the old HBMX list, #158. RusT, looks like you are heavy into collecting now. Are those bikes recent or did you have them a few years? I had that same Robinson cruiser, but mine was disguised as a Redline. I rode for them but their cruiser was way to big, so went to a Robinson with Redline stickers. No one knew. That Haro is cool too. After seeing all of the Pnut gallery, how could he not give riding a BMX again.

The Robinson is from my 3rd BMX life. Mostly a trail bike, before mtb's discovered Tantlus. I think I'm in my 5th BMX life right now. I'm getting the "riding bug". I'm starting to build bikes I liked BITD. Now that I'm back to work, I hope I don't get nuts with the collecting.
We should get a beach ride going one of these days, nothing strenuous, just a cruise and hang out.

As a kid riding/racing BMX there was a lot of things I just took for granted. Those who spent countless hours behind the scenes making things happen for us "kids". People that volunteered at the track, people that ran local bike shop teams, people that shuttled us to "far away jumps" etc. You know people I just never got a chance to thank. This pic from JT's clippings reminded me of one such person I never took the time to thank. But, its never too late right. Toku......THANK YOU for all the countless hours you gave us!

Hey Andy-- I was hoping to see you on Sunday and take some pics and video of us guys then, but after seeing that storm come in, we were out and on the road by 9:30am. We made it in good time and was home by 2:45pm in San Jose. I guess next time, but it was great meeting you and your son and just hanging out talking story and having a blast riding! Nelson is living in Long Beach with his wife. He's really into the motorcycle scene and has a blog he posts on with some other bikers
http://churchofchoppers.blogspot.com/. Jessie Ramiscal and his brother Stacy have a stero shop in Waipio called Installtech. He hooked me up with his old 83 Skyway T/A couple years back that I rebuilt.

I found Adrian Lee!!!
I actually met him a few years ago through Ulua Fishing but only knew him as Adrian.I allways thought he looked familiar but never put two and two together.I never bothered to ask his last name but we were watching our boys play sports a few weeks ago and BMX came up in the conversation. He said he knows my freind Lance Takeuchi and went to Pearl City with him.I asked Lance and he said that's Adrian Lee.---Small world. Is he the guy that flipped a couple of cars on the Palisades hill?I remember Sano use to ride with a younger guy from Palisades that was kind of on the wild side.Well I told him about the site but don't know if he visited yet.
