MX-II frame and fork, isnt MX-III a complete bike only?

it could be either an MX II or an MX III.

OK, I have seen a frame that is a redline, oval stamp on the bb, but the serial number has 3 letters (WRT or WBT) and then a 5 digit number (12207).

Can anyone shed any light on what frame or year it is likely to be???

I have heard rumors that the MXIII only exists due to an error in decal printing. Any opinions on this?
