Who can help me figure out schwinn date on a Stingray. CC02620

I checked genes bmx but couldnt find it.

OK Going by postings on e-bay I think its
march of 1967 ?

CC = March, 1967

First initial is month:
A, B, C = Jan, Feb, March, etc.

Second initial is year:
A, B, C = 1965, 1966, 1967, etc.

bunchobikes.com has all the schwinn serial#'s

if it is a stingray or cruiser you would be correct. is it a bmx bike?

Its a Five speed with the 1 & 3/8 rims hubs made in France? This photo is my boy enjoying it !

Looks like a Manta-Ray or just a Fastback. I have an old Schwinn catalog, actually many old catalogs dating way back. I will look it up tomorrow.

Andy, Thanks for the help- its a fast back. I just forgot how to figure out the years and needed a refresher course.

These bikes arent going as cheap as the last time I bought one. LOL.....

Ed it looks to be totally correct on parts. Can't tell if the back tire is a slik or not though. Wow incredible condition!!!!!!!!!
