Came across this one today.......

The Pressure was on. You can see Stu over on the side watching.

I believe I still won my Class that day and Charlie Williams got second.

Cool pic! Thanks Steve, glad you are posting your lot of photos here.

My pleasure Gary. I thought you might enjoy seeing this blast from the past!

Coral Springs WOS 1982 or 3? Maybe Gary remembers....
The Red Baron
Any one of us that took our racing serious did that same thing at least once in our carreer. You were the fortunate one to have it caught on film. I bet you are so proud you could just spit. LOL

Gary Haselhorst

Fergie
Gary,
Are you sure that's Charlie Williams and not Tom Christopher?...
Looks like an open gate with A. Patterson in there..so the age spread would be correct.
I'm pretty sure I was there that wkend, in the spring of '82, and remember Tom C being there.

Hey Fergie,
Yeah thats Charlie Williams in the Tioga uniform.
He's shorter than Tom Christopher (who's 6' 1"). Charlie was on Tioga for a short time in I think 81' or early 82'.

Gary,
I'll be calling you. On my way to Orange County today.
Gary Haselhorst
I believe the top pic is from that same weekend.
Steve Hoffman
The pic is definitely from Coral Springs. Pompano was my home track, so I can definitely differentiate between the two.
The top pic Gary posted above I remember very well. I was riding a National Pro, so I always watched the Pro Neck riders closely. Good times!
