One of my fellow officers saw me browsing through Vintage BMX; He mentioned he had some aluminum bike from back in the day.

He's relatively younger so I threw some names of some "newer" aluminum bikes. He gave me a negative and when he described it, I said "An AAA?" and he says "Yah that's it, it was used when i got it, I just put newer (80ish) parts on to race it."

I was excited about seeing the bike but more interested about a fellow BMXer. His name is Greg Olsen. Raced with the Pearson Racing Enterprises out of Issaquah WA. He has some great pictures from the 80s scene.

I saw the bike and just about flipped. It had some 80s stuff and an Akisu fork. We talked, got his permission to redo it back to period and is on loan to the Reilley1 Museum of Bottom Feeder Radness
