Since this picture:

I have added the following components:
Hutch MINI donut seat clamp
Hutch MINI Racer handlebars
Campy Strada 165mm cranks (w/ Campy 42T)
The picture quality isn't the same, but I'm not a professional. I like the cranks MUCH better even though they are 10mm longer...whats 10 mils among friends, right? Correct date code too. Sleepy daughter just woke up from a nap...lol

Just felt like sharing.....

OG or new school... Minis just rule!!!
Love the very minimalistic/skeletonized look of the Campy crankset compared to the other crankset, and the ultra-thin chainwheel ROCKS... probably not even enough material on the chainring to drill it out. BTW... Cute mini munchkin too!!!

Tom,
I have always admired that mini. And now it is even better!
Your daughter looks like she is keen to get on it and go riding!
Cool!

Wow!! Very nice Tom. The pic with your daughter is awesome. I see some Rockford trips in her future.

Thanks guys...GangstaGarage nailed my feelings exactly. That "skeletonized" look! I always thought the other cranks looked too "chunky".
Thanks Lee...yea, she's my number one girl! She (and maybe) the wife will be at Rockford one year...but not in 2007

I might in a couple years. Every time my wife sees that bike, she says, "Oh! There's the bike you 'built for Ava(daughter). You know, the one you yelled at her for touching!" Ha ha ha
I had just finished buffing up the pedal cages and she had syrup on her hands and she started spinning the cranks. LOL. I just I got a little carried away for 5 seconds.
So, yea, technically, that's my daughters bike.

I'm going to let my daughter ride my GT mini.
I believe bicycles should be ridden, but watched carefully by dad...LOL
