I'm wondering if there is such a thing? This looks like a regular and Alloy Tange MX125 (still a good thing)...

Hutch Mag Headset

That is not a Hutch headset from information I have gathered. I sent the seller pictures of an actual mag headset and showed how his did not match. I also believe that's just a Tange.
See the Negative Feedback section for information on the seller.

It's only a Magnesium headlock. The rest is bunk, just like his feedback.

This same guy is trying to say that a mangler Kappa frame is from the 1990's. Kappa frame

What a clown giving true collectors a bad name.

Hmmm, that is what I thought, I know that the Pro Star came with a chromed MX-125 headset which was alloy. Seems this dude just can't help himself...I know from personal experience!

Uh, yeah, that looks like a black MX125 with a Hutch magnesium headset lock to me. Both the magnesium headset and headset lock were original Titron designs so yes they did exist starting around 1979 and well before Hutch ever came into the picture. The Pro Star was *supposed* to come with a bearing-less magnesium headset but that was another failed experiment kind of like the titanium spokes that never made it to production. The production Hutch magnesium headset was to be used on minis only as indicated by the tag on Tom's example above. Sweet frame set Tone! You need to build that thing up!
