Can anybody out there shed some light on these bars. I came across a few sets of NOS Tuf Neck bars, but, i really dont know much about them. Honestly dont even remember them from BITD. I thought i'd read somewhere they were made for them by VDC?

I had a pair last spring that I found on a Mag Scrambler. Aluminum painted Black. still had the sticker on it.

As recently as 1997 I called superbyke distributing in California and they were still selling stuff like this. I found a bunch of new beach cruisers in a bike shop at that time with NOS tuf neck pro models on them, and called and they were still around, at that time. So, to find the bars and stems still around less than ten years later is not uncommon. Still cool old aluminum stuff, though. I think they were VDC made stuff. I think superbyke has since gone out.

Are you talking about Tuf Neck Cruiser bars or the standard bmx bars?

The ones i've found are the standard aluminum BMX bars, not cruiser.

I know for a fact vdc made those big funky 26" cruiser bars, probably the 20" as well
