Does anyone know how to remove the ball cup from you old school hubs? I just wanted to get my Suntour hubs re-anodised so hope some of you could help me out from this.

As from my knowledge, you can't make an anodise if the object still has a metal part on it. Is it right?

Please help!!!

Problem is that u practically destroy the cups getting them out and as far as i know IF you can find new ones they are pretty much impossible to replace.

Good day Reece!
Thanks for your advise.

Do a search of the forums, I'm sure someone posted a step by step guide with photos a while back.

I used either a long flathead screwdriver or an axle to do them before. I also pressed them back in with large washers and an old axle and nuts. The same as the bb cups.
