if anyone in los angeles or maybe one of you south bay dudes has nothing to do tomorrow, maybe you can share the joy of helping me piece together my first build (a bassett 26 cruiser)...and we could go for a spin after.

i have a few temporary parts that im going to put on until i find the exact parts i want. i dont have any tools except clunky big ones.....i figure some of you bike whiz guys have good bike tools and know exactly how to fine tune things. the last time i put on a pair of one piece cranks was in 1983 and we were hacks.

im lacking a chain, seat, the clamp that holds the coaster to the frame and some washers to help spacing in the front hub. im going to swing by the bike store first.
