It came on I bike I bought yesterday. I have no clue what it is.

I believe it is made by a now defunct company called ox-cart. I have that same exact stem on my PK soon to be replaced by a Pro-Neck. I actually purchased the stem in 1994 or 95. I may still have the warranty card somewhere. Not for sure if they produced any other parts.

It'd make a cool cruiser stem anyway...I'd clean it up and use it!

Yeah I pulled it off of a GT cruiser I cannibalized the other night. I'm going to put it on my Supergoose just for the time being till I can find another double clamp stem.
