im curious now to see how many of members are overweight.
i read alot about guys still riding so it got me thinking. not to offend or belittle anyone by-no-means. simply curious.
im 6' and 18o lbs. ive been the same weight and height for about 15-18 years

37 y/o, 265 lbs., 5'-10". I've always been big, I can still make mains. Still have all of my hair (when I don't shave it all off) and it's got hints of grey in it.
As for weight lifting......I can leg press upwards of 800-900 lbs. I can still run a 4.9 second forty yard dash, too. I move steel beams around all day at work. I would like to lose some weight and have here and there, but as soon as I lose it, it comes right back home and usually brings a few friends that it found along the way.

Back in '85 I went to boot camp at 115lb, came out 2 months later at 140. Three forced meals a day and running constantly packed on the steel.
(oh yeah, 5'7" then and now)
I've never been 3lb over or under 145 since, until this year. Turning 41 has seemed to have added some "doh'!
As for the hair, I'd gladly add a few pounds to have it all back. Chicks definitely dig hair, I've noticed. But it started thinning in my mid twenties, and that hasn't held me back. Yet.

BenOr 's question about higher percentage balding or overweight is an interesting one...I'm gonna guess it is overweight.
I'm short, fat and bald, BTW. Gotta love it. Yeah, my newest bike is an FBM - I figured it was appropriate.

Got to say Hell Yes! I’m 47 (almost 48) 6’ 2†tall and 265lbs. down from my max weight of 325 lbs. My target weight is 230. That weight fits my frame very well. And that is still over 200lbs. But that’s just me.

OK ,, I will be the first,,,,Im 6 foot and over 300 !! I wont say the exact weight, but I am on a diet or at least trying to change my life style to be healthier !! Believe it or not,, I still ride my 20 inch vintage mongoose look-a-like with tuff 1's on it at the local park with my kids !! I can hear the poor thing criying out for help sometimes,, but it takes the punishment like a mule !! LOL !

30 years old I look the same and pretty much am the same weight I was when i was 13. Im 6 foot and move between 125 and 130 lbs. The most Ive ever weighed is when I got out of boot camp 140. I had some injuries to my back and a lyme disease diagnosis when I was 27. Ive been fighting to keep weight on ever since combined with the genetics it just sucks.
Stay healthy guys we all have our issues but I cling to my bmx bike as if its my savior and this past year and a half it has been.

45, 5 foot 8, mostly grey hair, but all there. I weigh 216 which is a bunch for my frame. I was around 192 when I fell at Rockford and broke both of my arms. That started my sedentary lifestyle and it has caught up with me.

6' 1" and have actually put a few pounds on this year. Usually 167 lbs for most of the last 2 decades, but 44 has me tipping it at 170 to 171 lbs.
Darn airplane rides - I'm sure there is correlation in air miles to pounds. Shaving the graying and thinning scalp so I can run at lunch and drop 10 lbs.
Can't stop the hair, but can stop the lbs.

42, 5'10'', 145lb, 31'' waist still showing a six-pack, less and less (grey) hair as time goes by.
I've weighed the same for over 20 years. Whenever I buy a new pair of Levi's jeans, I don't even have to try them (31W x 32L).
XC skiing, snowboarding and XC mtb keep me in shape.
If it's any indication, my 78 y/o father has not gained any weight in 60 years, and he STILL rides a snowboard.
